“Mamo pracuj” Forundation

Fundacja Mamo Pracuj is working to solve problems back to the labor market of women after maternity leave, combining family and professional life and counteracts stereotypical perception of mothers by employers. To this end, the Foundation uses new technologies and social media – running a nationwide portal www.mamopracuj.pl.

The portal connects mothers looking for work with employers who know that a good employee is a happy employee. The Foundation presents mummy-friendly employers. Edukuje, informs about flexible forms of employment, hints at how to look for a job and talk with the employer. The project supports women in developing their own businesses and seeking financial independence, pursues social campaigns and conducts own research.
