The association deals with artistic and cultural activities, and above all supporting the initiatives of young people at risk of social exclusion and from dysfunctional families. The main goal of the Innovative Center for Artistic Development is to create conditions for the development of initiatives that arise and are born in the minds of young people gathered under the wings of the association. NORA wants to create an opportunity to implement activities aimed at local youth and help in the development of young people’s talents.
