Centre helps the families faced with the need to care for the elderly and the people with limited mobility. Centre provides caregivers for bedridden patients at home and in hospital.

Miloserdie also conducts the school for family members to train them with the skills of care to improve their quality of life, systematize information about treatment and rehabilitation, diagnosis and analysis, boarding houses and nursing homes, transportation of patients, social services, public organizations in Kaliningrad and the region.
