A webinar focusing on sharing the impact of your volunteers to keep them and others engaged with your project
Date and time: Tue, 5 July 2022 / 17:00 – 18:00 EEST
About this event
You want to share the impact volunteers have in your organisation and in the community, but often the information you have doesn’t help you tell that story.
This webinar will help you move past number of volunteers and number of hours and start telling the real story. You’ll learn about information gathering and the key components of good storytelling, how to evaluate your current measurements and how to build support for a more thorough measurement and evaluation programme, plus how to engage other staff – paid and volunteer – in this work.
- What type of information is compelling to prospective volunteers, existing volunteers, organisational leaders, and supporters and funders.
- How to use this information to create a powerful story about the impact of volunteers in your organisation.
- How to create a plan for gathering and compiling information about your volunteer engagement programme and using that to tell a compelling story about volunteer impact.
- What social impact is
- How community groups can collect the data
- How community groups can report the data
- Why it is important for community groups to do (not just for funders and Plunkett!)
- Examples from the sector
There will be time at the end of the session for questions.
