The Social entrepreneurship in the Baltic states platform calendar provides a consolidated listing of different events globally related to the social entrepreneurship issues. By promoting seminars, conferences and different events and other activities, the calendar encourages communication and strengthens community of social entrepreneurs, provides more comprehensive information about external world, and helps serve educational and support missions.

The competition awards are given for active cooperation with NGOs, business, the public sector and other social businesses in order to achieve the organization’s social and environmental goals.

We invite you to register and share how your organization collaborates by sharing its good practices.

Contestants will have the opportunity to win the following valuable prizes:

  • business consultations on topical issues;
  • creating a video about their social business;
  • Mentoring in a successful social business organization in Canada

Nominations will be judged on the following criteria:

👌 Synergy that creates innovation – cooperation creates something new, innovative.

👌 The social / environmental impact of the cooperation.

👌 Continuity of cooperation – cooperation is continuous or repeated.

Rating:

50% of the evaluation will consist of a commission evaluation and 50% a public vote, which will be open on March 8-18. The winners of the nominations will be announced at the Social Business Forum on March 29th.

The award competition is part of the Nordic-Baltic Cooperation for Green and Inclusive Societies project, funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The best stories to achieve environmental goals will be included in an international publication of good practices.
